Recommendations
Molly Stinson, Managing Event Director
Bolt Marketing Group dba Kids Obstacle Challenge
As Amelia’s previous employer of four years, I have become acquainted with her on a professional and personal level. Professionally, Amelia is one of the most dedicated employees with a passion for continued learning and career development. Personally, I am confident that her “can-do” attitude and upbeat energy would be a positive addition to any work atmosphere.
In a team environment, Amelia is a natural leader. Her attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and commitment to seeing projects through to completion make her a valued team member. She continually impresses me with the ease with which she learns new skills and applies them to her daily work assignments.
As the Event Director for Kids Obstacle Challenge, Amelia was responsible for overseeing a production budget of $250k, managing 10+ direct reports in the field, recruiting all volunteers and in-market staff, and executing events with over 10,000 in daily attendance. Our most notable sponsors and partners, Subaru of America and CLIF Bar has applauded Amelia for her superior account management and ability to execute their brand activations with success.
Though she was an asset in our event production efforts, Amelia was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. On the administrative side, she assisted with payroll, was excellent at researching and designing experiential activations for new client RFP’s and supported our customer service team. Most recently, Amelia began working with our content department to help produce a series of yoga-inspired fitness workouts for our online community via social channels (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
I volunteered to write this letter of recommendation on Amelia’s behalf as I am extremely grateful for her contributions to our organization and it is my strong opinion that Amelia would be a tremendous addition to your workplace. She has my highest recommendation.
Melinda Luksch, Owner
PDX Power Yoga
I highly recommend Amelia for both her work ethic and her character. She recently graduated from our 200 Hour Teacher Training program at PDX Power Power Yoga and is part of our Community Success Leadership Team. I've seen Amelia become a strong and confident leader in our studio, always being the first to complete projects and take on tasks. She is constantly serving others and inspires others to do the same. Because of her commitment to building a community of inclusivity and genuine relationship, you’d be lucky to have her as an addition to your organization.

Bolt Marketing Group dba Kids Obstacle Challenge
I had the pleasure of working alongside Amelia for Kids Obstacle Challenge 2017. Her work ethic is incredibly admirable - despite back-to-back long days of labor and customer service, the high quality standards that she has for her work never faltered. She is always on the hunt for ways to improve and led our event production team in an efficient and organized manner. As a team member and as a leader, Amelia would be a valuable asset to any employer.
